Visiting
Florida law requires us to record identification for every in-store purchase. No ID, no sale — it isn't our rule but we do have to follow it.
Turn off Find My or remove your Google account, then factory reset if you can. A locked device can't be tested properly.
A device with some battery tests faster. If it won't charge at all, bring it anyway and we'll plug it in here.
Charger, cables, controllers, lenses, batteries, the original box. On laptops, cameras and consoles these are worth real money.
And any memory cards, and your case. People forget every week and we can't post them back.
Walk in whenever we're open. A phone takes about ten minutes, a laptop twenty to thirty.
