Questions
Every drive is wiped before anything is resold, and we send you a certificate of data destruction listing each serial. If a machine can't be wiped because it won't boot, we destroy the drive instead and note that on the certificate. You can also keep the drives and we'll quote the machines without them.
Ten units for pickup and a single quote. Below that it's still worth selling — just use the normal quote tool or bring them to the store.
Yes, but tell us up front. Leased machines usually have to go back to the lessor, and we can't buy anything with an active MDM lock, activation lock or finance agreement until it's released.
Zelle, business check, or bank transfer, whichever your accounting prefers. You get an itemised invoice for your books.
Quote within one business day. Pickup usually within 48 hours of accepting. Payment once everything is checked, normally 2 business days after pickup.
Yes. Ask for the itemised breakdown and you'll get a line per model, so finance can see exactly where the number comes from.
