Back up your data, sign out of iCloud or your Google account (turn off Find My), and remove your SIM card. We can't buy devices that are still locked to an account.

14 days from the moment you get it. Prices move with the market, so if your device reaches us later than that we'll re-check it against current prices and tell you before anything happens.
In store, the moment we finish checking the device, usually a few minutes. For devices you ship, we inspect within 2 business days of arrival and pay the same day we approve it.
Only to ship. Getting a price and selling in the store need nothing at all. If you ship, the account saves your address and payout details so your next sale takes seconds.
The device and a valid photo ID. Florida law requires us to record ID for every used device we buy. If you have the box, charger or cable, bring them — they can add to your price.
Every device is fully wiped before it goes anywhere. Still, please back up and sign out of iCloud or your Google account before handing it over — a device still locked to an account can't be bought.
Yes, and we buy in volume. If you're a business, a school or a repair shop clearing out stock, contact us and we'll quote the whole lot.
